Papua is one of the most beautiful cities in Indonesia, especially its nature and the local fauna. Cendrawasih is one of the faunas that originated from Papua. The exceptional beauty of this bird makes Cendrawasih named ‘Bird of Paradise and it inspires the main concept of the lighting design to bring the beauty of Cenderawasih to the building and creates an impression of the building to ‘Stand Tall Like The Bird of Paradise'.

To create the impression of a standing tall and monumental building, LED lights are applied to highlight the cenderawasih figure on both sides of the building. An uplight to every column is to create a strong impression of the lobby area and the lights of the dome and a strong light framing the middle part of the building to create an elegant look to the building. A warm tone lighting color was chosen to create a humble atmosphere and to create gradient colors just like the cenderawasih tail which contains at least two different colors of fur.
